We collect information you provide during registration (email address, name) through Clerk, our authentication provider. If you subscribe, Paddle (our payment processor) collects billing information — we never see or store your payment card details. We also collect usage data such as page views and feature interactions to improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; send transactional emails (account verification, subscription receipts); notify you of material changes to our Terms or Privacy Policy; and send product updates if you opt in. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Authentication
User authentication is handled by Clerk (clerk.com). Clerk stores your email address and authentication credentials. Please review Clerk's Privacy Policy at clerk.com/privacy for details on how they handle your data.
4. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment information in accordance with PCI DSS standards. 5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication session management (via Clerk). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect authentication functionality.
7. Third-Party Data Providers
SignalReact sources market data from Financial Modeling Prep, Polygon, and Finnhub. These providers have their own privacy policies and data terms. The data we display is market data, not personal information.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@signalreact.com. For California residents (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and request deletion. For Indian residents, your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 are respected, including the right to access, correction, and erasure of personal data.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Clerk, and we never store sensitive financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
